If the creator of your standup has allowed editing of reports, you will see the following "Edit Report" button after posting your report:

Once you click the button, the same reporting dialog will popup with your report answers pre-filled. If you decide to make a change, the report will be updated and a "Report updated at" message will be appended so others can see it was edited.

When it comes to report editing, if a standup also has a reporting time limit (for example, 2 hours), you will only be able to continue to edit the report until the reporting limit has been reached.
